quick check-in firm mattress omelette station
I got checked in very quickly. the mattress was firm and just right. breakfast had a good choice of bread and pastries. There was even an omelette station.

warm greeting great attention good stay
the reception team gave a warm greeting when i arrived. everything was clean, and the staff paid great attention to detail. i thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again next time.
The room was slightly smaller than advertised. It wasn't the beautiful room i expected

The hotel has a bar area with comfortable seating. It is nice for a relaxed drink. i saw guests could use the luggage storage. It looked efficient. umbrellas were available for borrowing. A very useful service.

the breakfast had a great selection of food available.
The room was small. It was somewhat basic. I also had issues with noise at night from a bar nearby. the bar remained open past midnight. This was bothersome since i needed the window open because the room was warm.

i stayed in this hotel for three nights. the staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. breakfast had a good selection, including an omelette counter manned by a kind lady. the location is convenient with tram and underground stations only a short walk away.
my room faced the courtyard on the entrance floor, which i did not like. the bed was too hard for my comfort. the bathroom lacked ventilation, so it smelled musty and almost moldy. i found the room a bit cramped for two people.

convenient location excellent options fresh fruit faulty air conditioning thin curtains morning light
the hotel location was super convenient. i walked to many attractions and shops easily! the breakfast had good options. i liked the fresh fruit.
the room had some issues. the air conditioning didn't work! it was quite warm. the curtains weren't blackout. the light bothered me in the mornings.
